Terms of service

These terms apply to everyone who uses Rezerv, whether to book a service or to offer one. By signing in you accept them.
1. What Rezerv is
Rezerv is an online reservation platform that connects customers with salons, car washes and other service businesses in Azerbaijan. The services themselves are provided by the businesses, not by Rezerv. Rezerv does not set their prices, working hours or quality.
2. Your account
You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code sent on WhatsApp. Keep your name and number accurate: businesses use them to confirm and contact you. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.
3. Reservations
A reservation request is confirmed only when the business accepts it, or when the business has enabled instant confirmation. The business may also propose another time. Prices shown are set by the business and may change for extra services agreed on the spot. Please arrive on time.
4. Cancellations and no-shows
You can cancel free of charge until the deadline shown by the business (by default 2 hours before the start). If you do not arrive within the business's grace period (by default 10 minutes), the reservation is cancelled automatically and counted as a no-show. Repeated no-shows may limit your ability to book. Businesses may cancel a reservation with a message to you; Rezerv is not responsible for such cancellations.
5. Rules for businesses
Businesses must provide accurate names, addresses, services, prices and working hours, honour confirmed reservations, and treat customer data lawfully and only for the reservation. Team members added by a business act on its behalf. Rezerv reviews new businesses before they are listed and may suspend, ban or remove a business that breaks these rules, misleads customers or receives repeated complaints.
6. Messages
By using Rezerv you agree to receive messages about your reservations (requests, confirmations, reminders, cancellations) on WhatsApp, by SMS, by push notification and in the app. Rezerv does not send marketing messages without your consent.
7. Liability
Rezerv is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Rezerv is not liable for the quality, safety or outcome of services delivered by businesses, nor for losses caused by a business or a customer. Disputes about a service should first be raised with the business; our support team can help mediate.
